10.00.  President Tony formally opens meeting and welcomes members, announcements, etc.

10.05.  President asks Meeting Host to inform members about the conduct of the guest speaker segment  e.g. mute

           microphones, how questions will be managed, etc.

           Host hands back to President Tony who welcomes and introduces the guest speaker and invites her to give  

           address.
